Welcome to my blog. Within the confines of this electronic journal’s walls, you will encounter reports on official Rotary events in which I participate as well as tales of any adventures I may have as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar in Zaragoza, Spain.
The main mission of this blog is to stay in continuous communication with my sponsor club (Lexington Rotary, District 7570) in Lexington, VA USA. I hope it will also serve to keep in touch with friends and family. This is an inclusive blog and all are encouraged to respectfully participate.

Ryan, greetings from Lexington, VA, where fall has really arrived. It’s foggy in the mornings and there’s color in the trees. I will mention your safe arrival at tonight’s meeting and pass on the good news about those good Rotarians in Spain. By now you are moving in to your place and should be feeling better from jet lag. We are all looking forward to keeping up with you from afar and this blog is a great idea.

Hi Suzanne! Great to hear from you. I can imagine Lexington in the autumn just by hearing your description. If I weren’t in such a great place now, I might miss seeing fall in the Appalachians more than I already do. Please do mention how wonderful Rotary in Zaragoza has been to Rotary in Lexington. Also, make sure to encourage people to visit this site. After all, I am making this page for ya’ll.
